I have this game in its original Broderbund paper packaging, which presumably was in turn in a ziplock bag, but I'm not sure. My dad bought it. Anyway, neither the disk nor the paper packet have a date or author. I haven't booted the disk itself as it will need a thorough check/clean before I dare put it in my 1 working 5.25 drive. - Wade
