Re: AppleIIWorks Envoy for Mac OS X - Requesting Beta Testers
- Update on the next beta version of AppleIIWorks Envoy for Mac OS X -
Ok, the Spotlight Metadata importer component has been re-coded to fix the
Sandbox problem that occurred with version 1.0.0 of the importer under Mac
OS X 10.6/10.7/10.8. The new importer has been working well without issue.
As soon as I build a new universal binary that includes 64-bit x86_64
support I will post the link here for my patient beta testers. It will be
version 1.0.1.
In order to make a 'one-size-fits-all-OS's-and-architectures' app I've had
to learn much, much more about conditional Xcode settings for arch, sdk, and
deployment targets than I had initially imagined.
Oh well ...
