Specific citations of Canadian law or exact language from Canadian court rulings, that would allow a Canadian to ignore copyright (not just apply to a copyright tribunal, which only seems to be an option if the copyright holder can't be found) on a product that the copyright holder can be found, but the copyright holder is not selling the good? Because I couldn't find one.
