I had previously sold various versions of GS/OS on eBay with very nice labels but they were removed after a month or so for Copyright violations. Technically selling any non-original software, whether abondonware or not, on eBay is considered a copyright violation, even if the original owner provides you with permission.

I tried to relist these items but they were removed pretty quickly with the same response. I was never able to get eBay to explain to me why my listings were being removed but others selling the same thing had been up on eBay for months and months. The basic response I got was that it was likely those other sellers were reporting my items and no one was reporting theirs.
