I went rummaging back through the disk images I have from my collection I imaged last year, and found a crack of The Bilestoad that The Burglar had done, which leaves the original intro and title screen intact (along with the animation and sound for it). It's a full disk image, but has a handful of files on it. Looks like he just saved out the various pieces as loaded by the original and instead loads them one at a time via DOS. Still has some text crack screens added, but the original content is left alone, which is better than the modified and shortened versions I guess.

I've uploaded it to asimov.
