Ahhh!  But alas.  There are some of us diehards who prefer the real Apple II x 8 bit feel and clickety, clack noise of the drives.

But for all intense and purposes, it took the Apple IIGS for me to appreciate my 8 bit apple II's even more.  It is much easier to program for the 8 bit apple computers on a IIGS than on the 8 bit apples themselves.

But I intend to close that gap.  With my Command Line Environment, it has given my 8-bit apples a usefullnes boost.


Maybe, just maybe, I can convince hardened IIGS veterans that an Apple IIe or IIc, IS just as much fun.
