Different fonts handle it in different ways. The best that the default
Shaston font can do is a small superscript 'c'. That is Alt-G on most
keyboards, but if you open a word processor, and try every single Alt,
and Shift-Alt key combination, you will soon find what that particular
font offers.

If that does not do what you need, then build your own custom font to do
the job. That is why many of my applications now come with a custom
font, as I needed extra symbols not present in Shaston.
