A card isn't the best place for a radio, too many digital signals can be
picked up.
But, thee's ntohing to stop you from buying a digitally tuned radio and
then interfacing it to the Apple II. Just figure out how to "press the
buttons" via electricity rather than physical button pusshing, and you can
get it to tune up and down the band.
I realize you could get FM radio cards for the ISA bus, and they somehow
got cheap so perhaps they did sell, but I don't see much value in it. My
"compuer speakers" is a $7 garage sale stereo receiver and some decent
speakers also bought at a garage sale, it provides the amplifier for the
sound card, and the phono preamp for when I want to digitize records, and
an am/fm tuner for listenign tot he radio. I'm not sure why the radio
needs to be in the computer.
