I have not uploaded to build to sourceforge yet but wanted to update that I added interrupt support for programs that use the Thunderclock to generate interrupts for 64hz, 256hz or 2048hz.
Only thing is that I don't know of programs that actually use this, any suggestions? I don't really have time to create a test program for this.
