This logic doesn't quite apply to A2/A2+. Of the 8 bits one is used as
inverse video and one as blinking attributes. Leaving 6 bits to
represent the 64 characters that can be displayed. The character ROM has
64 entries on the early Apples. Even lowercase letters are not there.
