Anyway, I don't see a correspondence with 27 bits of data in the rom table, but it confirms that the table I decoded is the phoneme rom table alright... ;-)

It might be plausible that between the patents, the rom table and the data sheets, one could produce a somewhat viable sounding clone.  It would be a tall order.
