Which screens do you want?  All three loading screens or just the title that appears after the joystick calibration?

Also, I should point out an observation.  During gameplay, both hires screens are used for the gamefield but I can't determine if its for page flipping or for quick erasing.  Second to that, the area at the start of $4000 fills with some data temporarily between levels and is then erased as the playfield is redrawn.  Not sure if this helps much.
