I don't see any:

- microprocessor
- RAM
- ROM

I do see quite a lot of 74LS series ICs, which, coupled with the DIP
sockets, leads me to suspect that this is an interface card that makes bits
and bytes available in the $Cxxx address space.

IMO, certainly not worth $129 unless you've got a pressing need to do some
sort of lab or interface work, and I suspect that Mr. "vswmoretp" has no
idea either what this card does, hence his absurd asking price with no
description of the card's function.
