I'll be glad to serve you. The main types of files that are restricted are
server-side scripts, such as PHP or CGI or JSP. Feel free to upload them,
but they will never be served to any visitor using a web browser.

Just about everything else is fair game. The web server is also enlightened:
I taught it about Apple II filetypes, so it knows how to serve .dsk, bxy,
shk, etc. files as binary octet streams to the web browser.
