I'm really set to revive this card from the undead back to the land of the living. I will get my Oscilloscope an test the actual output of the components (may need a logic analyzer though). Since the card works for a given time, i can start from there. The test-header on the Card may help me there. I'm fed up with this trial and error stuff. As soon as i have a pinout and working of the test-connector i will post my results. But that may take a while...
