I struggled with this sort of thing also when I was pondering what to do for game descriptions and screen shots in Apple Game Server.  I was unsure that copying these directly from Moby would be a no-no because of the bogus copyright garbage.  If there were a reuse-friendly source of information I would gladly integrate it with Apple Game Server and make a more detailed game catalog.
