With that DSK image, you can control-BReak to get to the BASIC prompt.

Type run LEVELEDIT

it automatically loads world1.1, as does the demo.

Edit the level, press S to save.  Name it world1.1

press * in the leveleditor, and it will convert it to the
binary level format, and then run the demo so you can see the
level you just edited.
