Yes to both. However I doubt you'll get many replies to "No to both", since I believe many with a double "no" will simply ignore and thus skew your results if you were looking for a percentage of population vs. just number of known owners. To "estimate how many people own the following Byte Works ORCA languages", you'll need a percentage. Unless you are just estimating C vs ASM.
