A number of years ago Joachim Lange had built the BlueDisk controller but that's likely even harder to find.
The UDC cards from Vtech(Laser Computer) would let you run an 800k drive.
Where to find any 3.5" controller, little less a cheap one seems to be getting harder nowadays
