They both seem to be up on Asimov under /games/misc
(I guess "The Arcade Machine" is the more accurate title)
Ah, Arcade Machine. I thought that output single-load B directly. Certainly a lot of games made with it are single-load B already (like King Tut's Revenge, Beach Head, etc.) 

Pinball Construction Set also compiles to single-load B.
