Well, I've now had success thanks to your pointers. So, I've got Exomized BRUNable BASIC programs executing without the overhead of DOS and turnkey from Beautiful Boot! This is how I accomplished it, feel free to suggest any more optimizations I can do.
1. Clean up original BASIC code, RENUMBER it, use Beagle Bros. COMPACT it.
2. Use GPLE to find out final length of tokenized code
3. Enter monitor $7FD, JMPing to the hex address of LENGTH+1, where I've created a short ML routine. Manually code start and end address of BASIC code, and of code, and set HIMEM pointer ($70) This is where I may need some more help:
