That's pretty exciting stuff!  Have you considered integrating this with Scratch?  The BYOB (build your own blocks) module might be a good place to start.

Thanks for an awesome writeup!  Looks really cool.  I have kids excited about the prospect of building their own robotics after watching "Prototype This."
