An answer from the Master himself :) - thanks
The beep is normal. No acceleration.
The card itself seems to be a clone of the accelerator II, because
there is no Saturn-Name or anything remotely like a Name on this card.
The chips are not sanded and numbered - just regular 74LSxxx. The cpu
is a 65sc02p. The prom i have double is marked as n82s129n.
There are 2 patches present, one at the back of the card a capacitor
between PIN 8 and 1 of the cpu (VSS - VCC). Another Patch (diode and
resistor) that runs from near the cpu to near the slot.
On another note: I have a Soundboard for the A2. This Card consists
(mainly) of one 6522 and 3x ay-3-8910. The software that came with it
resembles the ALF-software (PLAY, DISCO, ...). It isnt Mockingboard or
anything compatible. It runs only in slot 5. I think it is a clone
from the lowcost ALF-AM2.
