re. KEGS and Graphics Question?

(I'm re-posting this here as I suspect it its an Apple issue that I'm
forgetting about ... maybe not emulator related.)

Hello all;

I'm dusting off some of my disk images and the Kegs emulator to give a
nostalgic Apple // demonstration at our computer club.

I have some games (battle chess and pacman), flight simulator, GSOS,
GnoME and some text based development environments to show.  I also
have a collection of Nibble programs that I typed in over the years.

I have a problem that I can't remember the solution to for the life of
me.  I have a menu "launcher" in 80 column mode.  I have a selection
of "Mathland" (ie. Nibble Sept 86 page 70) programs.  When I select
one, the Kegs emulator screen just becomes a static pattern of
multicolored pixels instead of the geometric plot that its supposed to
be.  The mathland programs use HGR mode.

These images all worked on my original GS with the syquest "harddrive"
and these are direct images of those.  I'm sure I've viewed them in
the emulators before ... just been awhile.

Is there some specific settings that I'm supposed to use to get these
to display properly?  I'm certain I'm just forgetting something silly,
its been almost 10 years since I got rid of my Apple // hardware and I
only use the emulators when nostalgia raises its head.
