12-bit VGA board for Carte Blanche

Hi fellow CB card owners, 

The prototype is in and built, and proven to be 
functional. It is working great. No problems so far, 
even running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

The Bitstream is still being refined by CharlieD, 
but everything I've tested has worked up to now. 

What I would like to propose is, a Pre-pay plan, so 
I don't have to wait to order the production models 
until next month. It's up to you guys. 

The cost to me is $23 per board, so I hope that $28 
to you is not out of the question (fingers crossed).
