Which version of Appleworks are you using? Here's a link to a page on
Apple2Online that has the docs for all the versions of Appleworks,
except 4 : http://www.apple2online.com/index.php?p=1_68_AppleWorks-Software-Documentation
I remember doing something vaguely similar to what you want to do with
Appleworks, but that was 20 some odd years ago. I know I used the
spreadsheet for it and had to put formulas into the cells to get the
results I wanted but the exact how slips my mind. Maybe the docs on
Apple2Online will help.
