Yes, deleting the 'Prefs' and 'Bookmarks' files does help. 
That's what I did to get mine going. TCP/IP connected immediately 
with my setting that worked in Contiki and ADTPRO1.2.0 and what 
I already had set to get me connected to FTP sites with SAFE2.22.

I've got some more ROM01 GS motherboards available, may need battery. 
Also, I can make a cable for the ZIP-GSX, since they are parallel. 
The Transwarp is the one that isn't so easy, since they cross the 
odd and even lines. I've been years looking for the inverted 40-pin 
female IDC header plugs. That would make building the TW cable easy.

I'd be interested in that, Kim, although SAFE 2.22 does a fine job 
of accessing FTP sites. So nice to download stuff from ASIMOV and 
others directly to the IIgs. I am so distraught over not trying this 
earlier. I am loving it.

Telnetting in color would be so cool. I used to telnet all the time 
on my Atari computers back in the day, and yes, I am sad that I didn't 
go over to the Apple II back then. They are such great fun, in both 
the user category and the developer frame of mind.

I try as much software as I can afford the time to do so. As I said, 
it is great fun, and I do a little creating on them as well. As far 
as cloning cards, I really don't like doing that as much. I'm in the 
process of learning how the cards work, the FUN-damentals of them, 
so I can design my own. That's where the fun is for me, and also, 
I enjoy troubleshooting problems for other developers. 

Please come back to Arachnid, Kim. It's a great start on a very much 
needed software, and I'm sure others will agree with me on that.  :-)
