Does the Apple Disk Server work with games that require further loading
after boot? I assumed that with the previous examples included, it could
only play the single load games? If that's not the case, that's awesome!


Apple *game* server serves single-load games, no disk required.

Apple *disk* server serves whole disk images that reconstitute a realfloppy disk at the other end. So there's no problem with loading afterboot, because you have a real disk!
