I didn't realize it _was_ possible to contact them!  I fought for months with
a problem where I was bogus-ly blacklisted from a group and had no success.


I find it exceedingly odd how difficult it is to contact Google even
to report a technical problem with their website.  By chance, I
finally tracked down a Groups programmer employee, and sent him a
personal email directly begging him to pass on the technical error to
whomever handles Groups email.
Actually, it makes perfect sense if you stop to think about our relationship with Google. We are not its customers, we are its _product_. I'm guessing folks with a commercial relationship have no difficulty reaching them. 


How are other people using Groups?  With some kind of reader instead
of via emails?
I always read and respond to groups through their website. I find that e-mail sent from my home account gets lost a good percentage of the time.
