Unfortunately I did not get Steven to allow me to distribute the
iBook, even in limited format (e.g., a few chapters). The good news is
that he is probably going to write a book himself, which is probably
world first Apple II related history book!

I am waiting eagerly for his book. Hopefully we can see Alex's book
sometimes in the future.

PS: if there is any good Apple II related open content that I can use
to design a free iBook for all to see, let me know!
