Thank you to everyone who replied!

After digging through the responses, the following is the list of
disks that I still have not been able to find. Anyone able to help
with these tough-to-find titles? I'm especially looking for the two-
disk set for T. Rex and the 8-bit 5.25" version of Reader Rabbit, and
Facemaker. I'm actually surprised that some of these titles are as
difficult to find as they are...

Fraction Fever by Spinnaker Software (Cambridge, MA 1983)
T. Rex [2 disks]
Fundamental Of Physical Science by Orange Cherry Software (Pound
Ridge, NY) [4 sides]
Cause And Effect by marshware (Shawnee Mission, Kansas)
Reader Rabbit by the Learning Company (8-bit)
Monkey Business by Learning Technologies, Inc. (1985)
Math Skills- Elementary Level by Britannica Computer Based Learning
(1983)
Facemaker
Grade A Spanish Beginning Spanish Program and Data by Smartworks
(1989)
Mathbusters by Spinnaker Software (Cambridge, MA 1985)
Grammar Gremlins by Davidson (1986) [2 sides]
Homework Writer by Scholastic (1988) [2 sides]
Reading Comprehension by American Educational Computer, Inc. [4 sides]
