The problems include, most support for the LT card was pre Win95 and there 
seems to be few if any low cost server packages for the PC.
PC Maclan is about $200 and I'm not sure if it would support the card.

My ISA slots have usually been full which was why when I've played with 
networking I've used a Gatorbox between my localtalk and ethernet networks.
(one advantage, it's indepenent of PC bus architecture or speed)
