I bought this back in 1989, and now i want to use it again and can get any support.. I dont care if it says 1902 or if i set the date to 1982.. I want to use the software that I paid for.. And yes Idid send the e-mail to the proper spot..I hardly think that this is the approach to take if you really want help.So you bought a product back in 1989. If you try to get support from Microsoft, or WordPerfect, or Lotus, for example, for a product that you bought more than years years
Sigh - make that 10 years agoago, I think you'd find that you'd be
laughed at.Further, as Steven pointed out, he bought the product to try to preserve it; it's a labor of love for him. Taking a position like the above certainly won't encourage him in finally fixing the bugs that might be left.Steve, I'd like to see you fix those bugs, and if I could help I would. Please don't let the actions of one person discourage you.Roy-Jon Steven Lichter <stevenl11@aol.com> wrote in message 20020220225950.29330.00003398@mb-fc.aol.com">news:20020220225950.29330.00003398@mb-fc.aol.com...<< axisI am a REGISTERED GBBS PRO v1.3g User. I did pay for the software, I sentane-mail over a month ago to Stephen about my software and he never got back to me. Can anyone forward me a COPY or point me to where i can download aCOPY of this software i am a licensed USER for and the now current owner WILL NOT HELP ME? >> If you tried to contact me via this address you mail would never get to me. You can reach me at applelite2ATaolDOTcom. The other address is blocked because of spam. Also I have stated manytimes that until I get the time to fix the y2k bug and a couple of others things I will not sell anymore copies. And I'm very upset that Mr. Turley or someone else has the program up on that site. An e-mail has been sent to the administrator of that site. I had asked for some help on getting that fixed, but never got an answer and with my work right now I don't have a lot of time. If anyone D/L's the program and uses it they are in violation of the copywrite, unless they have purchased it. Also that D/L is at your own risk since no one knows where it came from.
