Hi,.
 Have you did a few data base searches?  Do you know what state/city he was in?
If you know his last address, that P.O. for about $5.00 ( can not rember the
exact amount,)  will give you his new address. This is good for a year or so.
 They also searches that you have to pay for, but I do not know if they really
work.
