What is the content of the surrounding pages?  I have version 1.2 of the
manual, and I can't see any missing page numbers in that general area.

In mine, page 121 has the Apple IIgs keyboard translation diagram and
page 122 explains how to access the PC Transporter control panel.  These
are the last two pages of chapter 7 (keyboard reference).
