Is the Ace-80 and Applicard z80 the same card?

I was just comparing pictures of my Franklin Ace-80 cp/m card and the
Applicard Z80 cp/m card, and they look identical except for the Franklin
label on the card. Are they the same card, rebadged, or did one of them
clone the other company's card? My guess is that Franklin rebadged the
Applicard.
Does anyone have both cards to campare side by side? I was just curious.
