Just why some of you can't seem to access it and download the files 
really puzzles me.  If I can do it -- I don't see why you can't (???)

PS:  Take a little time set aside and access this:
http://web.archive.org

Check it out with a search of your old URL's and see
what results.  It's an on going project and might be
in a state of temporary link changes which could cause
some of the problems people have reported to me in their emails
on it.  Other than that possibibility I just can't see what else
might cause you not to be able to access it all - like I did.
