Ancient Apple on a hi-tech TV is the way it SHOULD be!
In a similar vein:

I have a DSL modem through a Linksys Router, Switch 802.11b access point and 
from there into....My Apple IIGS via a LANceGS card,  With this arrangment I 
can "dial in" to my favorite services via Spectrum,  surf the web using Kim 
Howe's Arachnid browser, and generally be an interneter.  Plus navigate my own 
local LAN.
I told a friend I had DSL on an Apple II and he looked like he wanted to call 
all the peasants up to the castle brandishing torchs....
