Currently it's owned by Lineo (who also make "Embedix" Linux). Check out the pretty broad "public license" on
http://www.cpm.z80.de/for details. However the license applies only to "pure" Digital Research stuff, the Apple CP/Ms have Micro-Soft and AE parts which are not covered.
