It has to, since it clobbers some page zero locations used by ProDOS.
However you _should_ still be able to load and save programs on cassette
tape... :-)  Loading/saving Integer Basic programs cannot be done on
ProDOS anyway since ProDOS lacks an "Integer Basic" file type.
 
The only practical way to run Integer Basic programs on ProDOS is to
compile them to machine code with e.g. Flash!  Before compilation the
Integer Basic program should be rewritten though so it terminates by
rebooting the Apple II, since otherwise ProDOS will be clobbered
and unusable after the Integer Basic program has terminated.
