The LCIII is PERFECT for this job. Try it with the 1.44 meg disks. Cover the
hole and format them as 800K ProDos.  If it doesn't work it will give you an
error message, in which case try to find some new or used single-hole disks.
.You can use old 720K DOS disks, or old Mac disks, as long as they will
format on your LCIII.
Dig thru any old disks that you have, often mouse drivers or other small
install disks came on 720K DOS or 800K Mac disks.   You can often find boxes
of used disks at thrift stores, too.

 Then use DiskCopy to transfer the contents of the disk images to those 800K
ProDos formatted floppies.
