Does anyone have experience with the Video Overlay Card?
A club member demonstrated a video title program years ago and said that she
used a Video Overlay Card (VOC) with it to add graphics and text to home
videos.
I'm finishing up my "PowerPoint" presentation (due next month) for the
district's technology workshops, and, of course, I'm doing it on an Apple II.
I'd like to "wow'em" with a pop up window that's shows a real-time video feed
from a digital camera and the VOC is designed for just that. My VOC works, but
so far I've only gotten it to work with the color black. This makes the border
around the screen, black text and any black graphics also act as "windows" to
the video feed. The VOC is designed to let you pick the color you want to be
used and the program that I'm using has the VOC drivers.
