    Uhhh, you answered your own question. I think.  Since you have a question
mark after Z80 CPU, hard to tell what your card has.  If it has a Z-80 chip on
it, it has CP/M capabilities.  Get a CP/M boot disk.  All you need to boot into
CP/M.
