Tutor-Tech runs in Double Hi-Res and the manual has VOC codes for all colors. 
I was pretty shocked to see the screen borders displaying the video.  That's
something that both the VOC owner's manual and Tutor-Tech's manual lead me to
believe was only possible on a IIgs.
