Maximum VAC/VDC Power Supply?
Power Supply comes with IIgs desktop unit that is manufactured by Apple,
Inc. Power Supply states: Input 125-250VAC & 4Amps and Output +/- 12VDC,
+/- 5VDC & 2A, 500mA, .025A...
Other power supply such as heavy power and vulcan have Input VAC 125-250
& 2A. It shows 2A instead of 4A. Will it show the same that vary Input Amp
is not important?
I learn that all power supplies above do not have enough power to send
currents to the internal/external hardware such as controller card, hard
drive, etc. There is different power supply that can do Input VAC 125-250 &
7A. I believe that 7A is enough to send currents to all components inside
internal/external hardware.
Will it be safe that it will not harm all the components on the
motherboard because VAC 125-250 & 7A can only limit to send maximum Output
2A and/or 500mA.
Please advise.
