A number of our regular customers informed me of someone (he gives only a first
name of Greg) slandering us on this and other newsgroups.
I will let the facts speak for themselves. We have had 239 people leave
positive feedback on eBay over the past 6 months with no one leaving negative
feedback.
I suspect this Greg, who hides behind a free hotmail e-mail address, is really
a young man named Josh Smith (who some of you may know). He has been doing this
for about 5 years after he made a deal with us that a couple of weeks later he
didn't think fair. It was too late to reverse the deal as many of the items
were sold, thrown away or repaired.
We have a 550 plus rating and a nearly perfect record on eBay. Just look at the
facts.
Josh we are sorry you are still upset after 5 years but it is time to move on.
We are sorry that everyone in this newsgroup was subjected to this.
