That's a newsreader problem, not a newsgroup problem. Try using a
different newsreader. In Netscape (versions 1-4, haven't tried to do it
with 6 yet), attatching such a file to a newsgroup is done the same way
you attatch to an e-mail. Ditto for Outlook Express.

Sorry to be vauge, but without even knowing what kind of computer you're
using, I can't help you any more. I need to know what kind of computer
you're using (windows something, linux, mac) and what newsreaders you have
available to help you more.
