Re: How do I open an Apple //c?

Besides the screws the casing "snaps" together. There are four outer
screws, two screws near the handle on the back edge and another pair on
either side of the keyboard near the front. The four screws around the
center hold the disk drive in place and do not need to be removed. Once you
remove the four outer screws use a wide-flat head screw driver to gently pry
the two halfs apart.

intend on checking it out....but intill then I started looking over it and
noticed that 4 screws that I guess are supposed to hold the case shut are
missing...that made me wonder if there was a reason that it would have been
opened, but after removing the other four screws It doesn't appear that it
will come open. Is there any trick to getting the case open? Or more
screws that are hidden somehow?
