My favorite IIgs paddle type game is Bounce-It by John Tierney. You can find it on Uni-kl.de at ftp://ftp.uni-kl.de/pub/apple2/gs/games/skill/ .
Most Apple IIgs games are archived as ShrinkIt .shk files. On your IIgs, use GS-ShrinkIt to unshrink these files.
