No, it's a cable with an RCA on one end and, usually, what looks
like a miniature stereo plug on the other.  The contact spacing is
a little different than for a standard mini stereo plug.  The cable
also usually has a large ferrite bead to minimize RFI from the
camera getting into the TV.

This cable comes standard with most digital cameras.
